The bill (Reg. No. 3093) suggests amend article 1 of the Tax Code in order to regulate the issue of administering the so called “payments and contributions of non-fiscal nature” that were not included into the list of national and local taxes and levies, and collection of which is regulated by the respective laws.
The bill suggests also establish that the Tax Code does not regulate the issue of liquidation of obligations regarding making the abovementioned “payments of non-fiscal nature”. Establishment or abolishment of the abovementioned “payments of non-fiscal nature”, as well as their amount and mechanisms of collection is carried out in line with the respective laws.
