The Committee on Judicial Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re specifying the powers of notaries, as well as peculiarities of registration of derivative property rights to agricultural land plots

The bill (Reg. No. 3237) was elaborated in order to refine the procedure of registration of derivative property rights to agricultural land plots and secure access of notaries to electronic (digital) media of the State Land Cadastre.

The respective amendments are to be made to the laws “On Notariat” and “On State Registration of Property Rights to Immovable Property and Their Encumbrances”.

Apart from this, it is stipulated establish liability for violation of legislation on state registration of property rights to immovable property and their encumbrances in the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
