The bill (Reg. No. 2151а) suggests establish that Rules of registration of citizens requiring improvement of living conditions and providing them with accommodation, as well as the procedure of introducing the Unified State Registry of Citizens requiring improvement of living conditions are approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.

The respective amendments are stipulated to be made to article 60 of the Housing code of Ukrainian SSR.

The Committee members upheld the bill.
