During the meeting of the Committee, it was noted that the bill (Reg.
No. 3362) suggests supplement paragraph one of chapter one of article 255 of
the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements that will give the right to
internal affairs bodies to draw up protocols on administrative infringements in
case of detecting infringements in the sphere of environmental
protection.
The people’s deputies stressed that the bill is aimed at improving
environmental protection, still attention was paid to some of its problematic
provisions.
