The bill (Reg. No. 3374) is aimed at ensuring implementation of control over use and protection of land, particularly self-governing and public control which is not exercised as of today.
According to the people’s deputies, improving legislative regulation of public control in the sphere of use and protection of land should not be limited with amendments only to article 190 of the Land Code, it should be conducted systematically, in compliance with all legislative acts that establish the foundation of public control organization in the respective sphere.
