The bill (Reg. No. 3367) aims at introducing transparent and reasonable mechanism for cooperation of all participants of contractual relations that arise in the process of receiving/providing housing and communal services, by simplifying and determining actions of all participants of the procedure that regulates contractual relations.
The bill suggests amend the laws “On Housing and Communal Services”, “On Heating Supply”, “On Drinking Water and Drinking Water Supply”, “On Electric Energy”, and “On the Principles of Functioning of Natural Gas Market”.
Committee members expressed remarks in regard to amendments proposed to article 21 of the Law “On Drinking Water and Drinking Water Supply”.
