The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to article 255 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements re canceling the authority of internal affairs bodies to draw up protocols for violation of trade rules on the markets

The bill (Reg. No. 3304) suggests exclude drawing up of protocols for commitment of administrative violations, stipulated by article 159 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, from the list of powers of internal affairs bodies.

Committee members upheld the bill, adoption of which will improve conditions for performing entrepreneurial activity and decrease interference of controlling bodies into the economic activity.
