The bill (Reg. no. 3223) suggests amend several laws that change the procedure of calculating the maximum amount of pension using the index of minimum pension according to age instead of minimum living wages established for people who lost working ability.      
It is suggested to amend the laws “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance”, “On Pension Provision”, “on the Prosecutor’s Office”, “On the status and social protection of citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster”, “On pensions for persons discharged from military service, and some others”, “On measures to ensure the legislative reform of the pension system”.
During the discussion, the people’s deputies voiced their remarks to the bill.
