The bill (Reg. No. 3089) aims to regulate non-compliance of the Code of Civil Protection with the other normative legal acts.
In connection with this draft law, it is suggested to exclude State Enforcement Service from the list of authorities where fire safety service is established, and, on the contrary, to include the State Penitentiary Service to the list.
