The bill (Reg. No. 3071) aims to address the issues of: objects and subjects of legal regulation in the sphere of efficient use of fuel and energy resources; state policy and management in this sphere; national standards and technical regulations in the sphere of efficient use of fuel and energy resources; energy labeling, state expert review, energy audit, energy management, etc.
The bill also suggests determine the Law “On energy saving” as a void one.
The aim of the bill is to improve the legislature in the sphere of energy efficiency.
