The following laws were adopted in entirety:
“On Basis of Electricity Market Functioning in Ukraine”
The Law establishes legal, economic and organizational basis of electricity market functioning in Ukraine and governs relations that emerge in the process of its functioning.
The respective bill was established under No. 0916.
“On amendments to the Land Code re reducing the cost of work on the preparation and conduct of land auctions”
The document reduces the limiting level of remuneration payment to an executor of a land auction and also suggests not oblige organizers to publish information about the land auction in mass media of national, regional and local spheres of distribution.
The respective bill was registered under the No. 3099.
“On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine re record keeping and registration of taxpayers”
The Law simplifies the procedure of record keeping and registration of taxpayers by amending the Tax Code of Ukraine.
In particular, the document stipulates free and open access to information from national registries that include business entities’ data.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2054а.
“On amendments to article 22 of the Law “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” re restructuring of actual budget indebtedness by issuing financial treasury bills
The Law grants the right to restructure actual budget indebtedness that arose as a result of discrepancy between the actual cost of heat energy and services of centralized water supply and sewerage to the Cabinet of Ministers.
The respective bill was registered under No. 3358.
“On amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements re settling the issues that prevent from execution of administrative sanctions”
The legislative act amends several articles of Section IV of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements stipulating the possibility to substitute punishment in the form of public or corrective work with other types of sanctions (a fine or administrative arrest).
The law provides new versions of articles 3211 and3214 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
The Law amends articles 322 and 325 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0893.
“On Ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Hungary on Transportation of Nuclear Materials between the Russian Federation and Hungary through the Territory of Ukraine”
The Agreement determines the procedure of import and export of restricted articles into and out of the territory of member states of the Agreement; determines the procedure of crossing the state border of member states of the Agreement when transporting nuclear materials; establishes competent bodies responsible for implementation of this Agreement, as well as conditions for transportation of restricted articles, the procedure of their escort and security; settles the issue of responsibility for the loss of restricted articles and for the nuclear damage caused by a nuclear incident that occurred during the transportation of restricted articles; the procedure of aftermath mitigation and settlement of disputes that arose in connection with accidents, etc.
Ratification of the Agreement establishes proper legal basis for transportation of nuclear materials between the Russian Federation and Hungary through the territory of Ukraine; establishes clear mechanisms for cooperation between competent bodies of these states at all stages of transportation of restricted articles; and settles the issue of nuclear and radiation security and physical protection during the transportation of nuclear materials.

The Resolution “On holding parliamentary hearings entitled “Taras Shevchenko as a figure of world significance (dedicated to the 200th birth anniversary)”
