The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re determining the structure, content and procedure of adjustment of land development documentation

The bill (Reg. No. 3238) suggests amend the Land Code, the Law “On Land Development” and several other laws in order to: eliminate discrepancies in the titles of land development documentation, used in different laws; provide an exhaustive list of documents, of which the land development documentation is composed; determine an exhaustive list of subjects that adjust and approve specific types of land development documentation.
