The Committee scrutinized the bill adjusted for the second reading (Reg. No. 3358).
Under article 116 of the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Committee received 9 proposals from the people’s deputies of Ukraine for adjustment of the bill for the second reading, following the results of consideration of which, the committee did not uphold any.
The Committee took the decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada adopt the abovementioned draft law in the second reading and in entirety, according to the final version of the bill, suggested in the Comparison table (in the version of the first reading).
