The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine re record keeping and registration of taxpayers”

The Law simplifies the procedure of record keeping and registration of taxpayers by amending the Tax Code of Ukraine.

In particular, the document stipulates free and open access to information from national registries that include business entities’ data.

The respective bill was registered under No. 2054а.
