The bill (Reg. No. 2460) aims at refining legislative regulation of
relations in the sphere of production of wine products and vineyard management.
The document specifies corpus delicti and sanctions
imposed on the persons who violated legal requirements in this sphere, and
determines authority of the central body of executive power that implements
state policy in the sphere of monitoring (control) in the agroindustrial
complex.

It was stressed that adoption of the bill will enable the State Agricultural Inspection and its territorial bodies to efficiently fulfill their authorities regarding exercising state monitoring (control) in the part of adherence to the rules for production of the products of wine and vineyard management, and will also allow eliminate the existing collision in the competence of central executive authority in connection with carrying out administrative reform.
