The Committee on Science and Education recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on rationalization activity in Ukraine

The bill (Reg No. 2193) suggests regulate relations arising in connection with exercising rights of intellectual property on rationalization offers.

Material object or a process can be the object of a rationalization offer.

The scope of legal protection of a rationalization offer is determined by its description, as well as drafting, sketches, diagrams, tables, if they are attached.

Rationalization offer should be an activity profile of economic entity, to whom it was referred; it should be a local novelty and useful.
