“Ukrainian members of the Parliament share deep sorrow and grief with the Filipino people in connection with numerous casualties and large-scale destruction as a result of a powerful earthquake,” the Telegrams read.

On behalf of the people’s deputies of Ukraine and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Rybak conveys words of sincere sympathy and support to the bereaved families and wishes quickest possible recovery to the injured.
