The bill (Reg. No. 2056a) suggests secure public access to the records of audiovisual works, phonograms, videograms, computer programs and data bases, the copies of which are supplemented with control stamps, by posting the respective information on the website of the central body of executive power that implements state policy in the sphere of intellectual property. The subject of legislative initiative believes that this shall broaden the possibilities of copyright proprietors and subjects of allied rights for protection of their intellectual property rights.
