The bill (Reg. No. 2319) is aimed at introducing the automatic mechanism for calculating the number of votes of limited liability companies’ members in accordance with their actual contributions to the statutory capital of the company.
Particularly, it is suggested to amend the Civil Code and the Law “On Economic Companies”.
The Committee members claimed that the new version of the provisions of part three, article 144 of the Civil Code and part two, article 52 of the Law “On Economic Companies” is unreasonable. According to the people’s deputies, suggested amendments should be introduced as separate paragraphs of the respective parts.
