The bill (Reg. No.3197) was elaborated in order to settle the issues on funding the Ukrainian Youth Aerospace Association “Suziria” for implementation of aerospace profile youth programmes.
In connection with this, the bill suggests amend the Appendix No. 3 “Reallocation of expenditure of the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” of the Law “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013”.
Thus, the bill stipulates reallocation of expenditure of the state budget between budget programmes.
The Central Scientific Experts Office claims that the bill can be adopted as a basis with consideration of the remarks and respective conclusion of the Government.
The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine recommends the bill for consideration and adoption in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism recommends that the Verkhovna Rada adopts the bill as a basis taking into account the importance of the programme of the Youth Aerospace Association “Suziria” for support of the talented youth.
Following the results of the consideration, the Committee adopted the decision to recommend that the Parliament should adopt the bill on amendments to the Appendix No. 3 of the Law “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” (re reallocation of expenditure), after its consideration in the first hearing, as a basis and in entirety as a law, with consideration of the proposals upheld by the Committee.
