The Agreement, signed on November 26, 2012 in Abu Dhabi, establishes legal basis for protection of the classified information the exchange of which can be made between the two countries by way of their cooperation.
The subjects of the Agreement from the Ukrainian Party are state authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations which, according to the legislation, carry out activity connected with the state secret and which obtained a permit for transferring classified information to the foreign partners.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0029.
