The bill (Reg. No. 3067) suggests strengthen control over compliance of motor carriers with restrictions on axial load, total load and overall parameters of carrier vehicles when transporting freight on public roads. Particularly, it is stipulated to establish administrative liability of officials for administrative infringements connected with incompliance with established rules in the sphere of road safety.
The bill also stipulates introduce a new version of article 132-1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
The Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements is to be supplemented with new article 132-2 “Violation of rules of transporting dangerous freight on highways, streets and railway crossings”.
