The bill (Reg. No. 3175) suggests supplement clause 1 of article 6 of the Law “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” with the new approach of providing state guarantees.
The Committee, taking into account the proposals of the Ministry of Finance, upheld the bill only regarding stipulation of norms on exemption of economic entities, connected with the implementation of the international project “Tsyklon-4”, from obligations to provide collateral security of obligations fulfillment under state guarantees and to pay for providing state guarantees.
As a result of the discussion, the Committee members adopted the decision to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, following the results of its consideration in the first hearing, should adopt the bill as a basis and in entirety as a law with consideration of the proposals included in the letter with conclusions of the Committee.
