The bill (Reg. No. 3124) suggests amend chapter XX “The Transitional Provisions” of the Tax Code, according to which state and communal enterprises that are requestors of the objects constructed for organization and holding the 2015 European Basketball Championship finals, are exempt from paying land tax.

The people’s deputies consider that adoption of this bill will regulate the issues of paying the tax on land plots allocated for the construction of objects for organization and holding the 2015 European Basketball Championship finals in Ukraine by the above mentioned state and communal enterprises.
