The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Land Code and the Water Code of Ukraine re water fund land plots

The bill (Reg. No. 2183a) suggests regulate the issue on demarcation of water objects protected shoreline belts, and also specify and agree on respective norms of the Land Code and the Water Code.

Particularly it is stipulated to amend article 88 of the Water Code and article 60 of the Land Code.
