The aim if the bill (Reg. No.
2063) is creation of basic economic conditions for forming competitiveness and
development of software production industry in Ukraine.
The Chairman of the Committee
Valerii Omelchenko noted that refined version of the bill and corrected
deficiencies with the consideration of the proposals of the Chairman of the
Central Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of
Ministers of Ukraine and other central executive authorities was prepared.
The Committee members adopted the decision to recommend that the Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy should submit the refined bill with the consideration of remarks and proposals of the legislative initiative authors to the Verkhovna Rada.
