The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re counteraction to illegal acquisition and takeover of enterprises”

The legislative act amends the Civil, Economic, and Criminal Codes of Ukraine, as well as the laws “On Business Associations”, “On State Registration of legal Persons and Sole-Proprietors”, “On Restoring Debtor's Solvency or Recognizing him a Bankrupt”, “On Advertising”, and several other legislative acts in order to prevent the use of schemes and methods of illegal acquisition and takeover of enterprises.

The respective bill was registered under No. 0887.
