The Law authorizes owners of a multi-storey building to receive an extract from the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property.
Thus, according to the Law, the following persons are entitled to receive an extract from the State Register of Rights:
"owner (co-owner) of a flat, residential and non-residential premise in a multi-storey building during creation of a condominium, condominium association, housing co-operatives or their authorized representatives."
The respective bill was registered under No. 0881.
