The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re reforming the controlling system of public highways

The bill suggests reform the monitoring system of public highways, particularly stipulating transfer of public roads of local importance into the control of local authorities (the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol City State Administration).

The bill suggests amend Laws “On Local State Administration”, “On the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea”.

The respective law was registered under No. 2536а-1.
