The bill (Reg. No. 2749) suggests determine legal basis for monitoring of state assistance to economic entities and exercising control over admissibility of such assistance for competition aiming at ensuring protection and development of competition; increasing level of transparency of functioning of the system of state assistance, as well as adherence to international obligations of Ukraine in this sphere.
