The bill (Reg. No. 2436a) suggests cancel a great number of licensing documents included into the List of licensing documents and, thus, exclude them from the basic laws in the environmental protection sphere. Apart from this, it is suggested establish the possibility of carrying out economic activity, as based on the declaration without receiving licensing documents. The bill amends 37 legislative acts of Ukraine.
