The Committee on Judicial Policy recognized the draft law on amendments to legislative acts re ensuring cleanliness of territories as non-contradicting to the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine

The bill (Reg. No. 2736) aims to prevent and fight contamination of territories; increase level of their sanitary protection; and secure normal conditions for living, work, travel and recreation of Ukrainian citizens.

Committee members believe that amendments to the applicable legislation suggested in the bill, correspond to the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine.
