The bill (Reg. No. 2793) aims at refining separate provisions of the Civil, the Civil Procedure and the Housing Codes in order to ensure implementation of subjective civil rights and possibilities, outlined in the civil subjective right.
It is suggested supplement the Ukrainian SSR Housing Code with a separate article on protection of Housing rights.
The people’s deputies agreed with majority of provisions of the bill, however, made certain remarks that can be considered when refining the bill for the second reading.
