The Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy recommends that the Parliament should submit for the repeated second reading the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re payment of court fee

The bill (Reg. No. 0973) stipulates amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements and to the Law of Ukraine “On Court Fee” that set new rates of court fee in cases of administrative infringements and increase certain rates of court fee.

During the discussion, the Committee members stressed that the bill should be additional refined together with the government.
