The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Law “On business associations” (re voluntary joining business associations)

The bill (Reg. No. 2864) suggests amend article 23 of the Law “On business associations”. According to the Committee members, the implementation of provisions of the bill will promote the principle of voluntary joining the governing bodies of business associations and prevent irregularities in this sphere.
