The bill (Reg. No. 2122a) suggests spread mechanism for regulating the activity of the state aviation of Ukraine on legal entities working in the sphere of development, production, repair, modernization, technical support of exploitation, increasing the resource, storage, demilitarization and disposal of state aircrafts, their components. Particularly, the term “state aviation” needs to be determined. The draft law also stipulates that the term “subject of state aviation” should be determined.
The respective amendments should be made to articles 1 and 4 of the Air Code of Ukraine.
The Committee members supported the bill adoption of which will ensure spreading the mechanism for regulating the activity of the state aviation of Ukraine on legal entities working in this sphere.
