Authors of the bill (Reg. No. 2330a) note that it aims at establishing conditions for accelerated development of intellectual business within the components of the national project “Tekhnopolis – creation of innovative development and high technologies infrastructure and support of subjects of software industry in Ukraine”.
In view f this, it is suggested to establish special privileged order of calculation and payment of a single fee for mandatory state social insurance. In particular, this pertains to scientific and research enterprises; enterprises-software developers, involved in the national project “Tekhnopolis”; as well as subjects of software industry and their employees.
Generally upholding the idea of authors of the bill, the Committee, however, made several remarks.
