"With a feeling of great sorrow I personally and Ukrainian parliamentarians found out about the numerous human losses as a result of a terrorist attack in Nairobi. Ukraine strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms and supports the consolidation of international efforts to eradicate this shameful phenomenon,” the Telegram reads.

Volodymyr Rybak on behalf of the people’s deputies sends words of support to the near and dear ones of the bereaved and wishes the injured to recover soon.
