The bill (Reg. No. 3116) suggests include to the pensionable service of the insured persons the period of a child-care leave until s/he turns three. This period would be considered as a period for which a single fee is paid, resulting from the minimum insurance payment.
The people’s deputies paid attention to the fact that up till January 1, 2011 this period had been included to the pensionable service, but after the adoption of the Law “On the collection and accounting of a single fee for mandatory state social insurance”, this period was excluded form the pensionable service.
It is suggested to make respective amendments to article 7 of the Law “On mandatory state social insurance in case of temporary disability and expenses caused by the burial”.
Members of the Committee think that adoption of this bill will allow to renew the right of the insured persons to keeping the pensionable service for a child-care leave.
