"With a feeling of great sorrow I personally and the Ukrainian parliamentarians found out about the numerous human losses as a result of the floods in Mexico,” the Telegrams read.

Volodymyr Rybak on behalf of the people’s deputies sends words of support to the near and dear ones of the bereaved and wishes the injured to recover soon.
