The bill (Reg. No. 2147a) is aimed at unifying the procedure and terms of consideration of appeal from a judgment in civil, commercial and administrative proceedings.
The draft law suggests amend part 1 of article 294 of the Civil Procedure Code.
During the discussion, people’s deputies voiced several remarks that would be taken into consideration during its refinement for the second hearing.
The Committee members also paid attention to the fact that the draft law aims at unifying the procedure and terms of consideration of appeal from a judgment in civil, commercial and administrative proceedings. Thus, it would be reasonable to amend not only the Civil Code, but other respective Procedural Codes, too.
