The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re protection of investors rights

The bill suggests give members of commercial companies the right to make complaints to the officials of these companies regarding the reimbursement of damages, caused by these persons, to the company.

Amendments are to be made to the Civil Code, the Commercial Code and the Commercial Procedure Code; to such laws: “On commercial companies”, “On securities and stock market”, “On joint stock companies”.

Respective draft law is registered under No. 2013a.
