“Ukrainian parliament members share the sorrow of your compatriots in connection with the tragic death of your compatriots in the result of a fire in the psychoneurologic boarding-school in the village of Luka of Novhorod Oblast,” the telegrams read.
On behalf of the people’s deputies and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Rybak conveyed condolences to the near and dear ones of the bereaved.
