The bill (Reg. No. 3025) suggests by amending articles 59, 99, 107 and 110 of the Criminal Executive Code of Ukraine, establish the right of convicted to possess portative PCs and accessories, as well as use the Internet and e-mail, under the condition that such services are paid from their personal finances.
In view of the fact that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is the only legislative body in Ukraine, introduction of amendments to the existing legislation suggested by the bill, comply with the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine.
