The bill (Reg. No. 2409a) suggests amend article 59 of the Law "On the Status and Social Protection of Citizens-Victims of Chornobyl Disaster" and supplement it with a new part, under which “pension amount of military men that participated in Chornobyl aftermath mitigation and were referred to category 1 increases by 10 per cent, and for military men of the 2d and 3d category – by 5 per cent”.
