The bill (Reg. No. 2011а) aimed to improve the process of providing young experts, who received higher or vocational education, with the first working place by exempting an employer from paying a single fee for the mandatory state social insurance.

During the discussion the Committee members voiced a number of remarks on the bill. The attention was also drawn to the conclusions of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat.
