The bill (Reg. No. 2942) suggests amend part one of article 166-12 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements in order to establish administrative responsibility for violation of terms determined by the law and required to take the decision on issuance or denial of a license or its copy, or reissuance of a license by licensing officials.
People’s deputies believe that “the abovementioned situation leads to irresponsibility of official licensing bodies, when taking the respective decisions in the terms, established by the law and unreasonably obstructs economic activity that requires licensing”.
