The bill (Reg. No. 2861) suggests reestablish state guarantees regarding establishment of salary rates of pedagogical stuff at the level not lesser than average in industry; and the official salary of academic stuff of higher educational institutions at the level of two average salaries of industrial workers. It is also suggested provide supplementary payments to specialists, working in the sector of education.
The bill stipulates restore primary guarantees of pedagogical, academic stuff and other employees in the sector of education that were abolished in the manner further recognized as non-constitutional.
