The bill (Reg. No. 3018) suggests amend article 3 of the Law “On State Social Assistance to Disabled since Childhood and Disabled Children” and stipulate that allowance for care of disabled since childhood of group I of subgroup A amounts to 110 per cent instead of 75 per cent of a minimum subsistence level for persons who lost ability to work. Thus, the amount of state social assistance to disabled since childhood of group I of subgroup A equals the amount of state social assistance to disabled since childhood and amounts to UAH 1877,4.
