It was noted that the bill (Reg. No. 2455a) aims at adjusting provisions of the Law “On State Service” with the Constitution of Ukraine and other laws and regulate the issue of legal status and material provision of employees of secretariats of higher specialized, appellate and local courts.
The Committee members believe that amendments suggested shall allow refine legislative basis of legal status of employees of secretariats of higher specialized, appellate and local courts.
